NEW AWARD FOR THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY

THE INSURENXT INNOVATORS AWARD WILL BE LAUNCHED IN 2022

The insurance industry is getting a new award: Interested companies and individuals can apply now. Koelnmesse and Insurlab Germany will jointly honor innovations in the insurance industry in the future. The first award winners will be selected during insureNXT 2022 on the evening of May 18, 2022.

The application documents are now available digitally on the insureNXT website. Submissions are possible in a total of five categories: Insurance, Tech + Start-up, Cross Industry, Science and Collaboration. Applications must be received by the insureNXT team until February 28, 2022.

Subsequently, a jury of experts will evaluate the submitted applications and determine a total of three award winners. The jury consists of selected representatives of the insureNXT Advisors. How innovative is the idea/product? How high is the potential to change the market in the long term? Can the success of the idea/product be verified? And is there any ecological, social or socio-political relevance? The jury evaluates the submissions according to criteria of this kind.

“For the insureNXT Innovators Award, we are looking for next-generation products, services and business models that can make a lasting difference to the insurance industry. These innovations can take place in very different company sizes and business models. And next year’s insureNXT will provide the perfect stage for the award winners,” says Prof. Christian Glasmacher, Member of the Executive Board of Koelnmesse.

“The selected advisors of insureNXT form a top-class jury, which is characterized by practical knowledge and market expertise. Our goal is to offer outstanding innovations a new stage.
