WE ARE DEDICATED TO YOUR SAFETY

THE LATEST NEWS

At its cabinet meeting on July 20, 2021, the Bavarian State Government granted official approval for Bavarian trade fairs from August 1, 2021.

The pilot trade fair TrendSet took place successfully and was accompanied by a practical check from the Commissioner for Bureaucracy Reduction. The framework hygiene concept proved its worth. As a result, trade fair operations can be resumed beginning since August 1, 2021. This is an important signal for the export-oriented Bavarian economy.

The main cornerstone for safe trade fair operations is the “VCR”-concept, which allows for only those who have been vaccinated, checked or recovered to attend the trade fair. In addition, digital registration and access systems, optimal ventilation, seamless contact tracing, space and capacity management, visitor guidance and professional testing concepts all contribute to safe trade fair operations.

Until further notice, the Fourteenth Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance applies.

The safety and hygiene comprises specifications and regulations with regard to the social distancing of the participants, the ventilation of the exhibition halls, the wearing of at least medical masks for visitors, as well as hygiene provisions on site and the traceability of all participants.

The “VCR” concept is to take on a decisive role in this context. This stipulates that, in order to be admitted, all participants must meet the following criteria: vaccinated, checked or recovered.

We ensure regular and sufficient hand hygiene for all participants.
We see to it that all trade fair participants can maintain the necessary distance.
Please refrain from shaking hands!
Please keep your mask and nose covered with a mask.
Washing hands is a simple and effective measure that can protect against infection.
